The integration solution of UR collaborative robots and ACE Systemtek’s communication system combines LitePoint IQ instruments, shielding boxes, and ACE’s self-developed production testing software, ATSuite, to realize a truly unmanned testing station.
By replacing manual labor with collaborative robots, the system automatically handles DUT loading, unloading, and testing. After testing, it classifies good and defective units into separate trays. With the integration of machine vision and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), the trays can be transported and stacked intelligently, creating a more flexible and efficient automation solution.
